The extension house consists of covering an existent terrace on the first floor and transforming it into a bedroom. The promoters and the architects wanted to make a minimum intervention in the house, which has its own character, and wanted to incorporate materials and bioconstruction rules. For this reason, the option was a dry construction, both in cover and in interior cladding, using wooden battens and wooden boards, cork isolations and breathable coatings. Dry construction optimizes the assembly speed; in this case, the extension house was finished in three weeks.
