Building in Carrer Xicamunda in Manacor

Building with parking on the basement, two shops on the ground floor and three floors with two flats on each floor. Our intervention started when the foundations of the building were already done. We assumed the site management and made the relevant changes. On one side we adjusted the arrangement of the flats, doing it more clear and organized, providing a wide terrace to the living room. On the other side, a ventilated façade to the street was decided to be done to give a remarkable aesthetic category, besides considerable thermal comfort.
