Building in Passeig Ferrocarril in Manacor

Under construction. This building has a basement with 26 parking spaces, three business premises on the ground floor, one on the first floor and 13 flats with different sizes: 85 m2, 120 m2, 140 m2 and 180 m2. In order to take advantage of the good orientation of the façade, all the flats are wanted to have a terrace. Taking into account the diversity of uses and typology of the flats, there is an attempt to standardize in façade excelling floor edges, so, openings diversity is encompassed within a higher ensemble which gives them order.
