This big detached house is situated on the top of a hill with views towards Manacor and Felanitx. It has an elongated proportion, situated parallel to slope in order to reduce ground movements, and is east-oriented looking for good orientation, placing main rooms to south. Regarding the exterior volume, the house is organized as a combination of a number of pitched roof volumes, with different heights and finishes, along with a porch-terrace, which reduce the whole volume impact. Inside, these rooms are interrelated; the double-spaced living room is connected to a covered patio, the dining room and the kitchen, which is simultaneously connected with the porch and swimming-pool, and with the footbridge which gives access to the first floor rooms. An overflowing pool and a field of olive trees delimit the views towards Manacor.
