In this plot of 3400 square meters an ensemble of 7 attached houses has been projected, with shared swimming-pool, and 3 detached houses, also with shared swimming-pool, on top of an underground parking with 21 parking lots. In the attached houses it has been searched the maximum adaptation to land, the minimum expression of a two-room apartment, the good orientation, nice views and the privacy of each apartment. In the detached houses, besides a more contemporary appearance, it has been searched at maximum the good orientation,  solar protection and nice views, through multiple terraces, porches and cantilevers.
