Reform and expansion of a catalogued house and construction of an independent garage. The promoter wanted to obtain a “low consumption” home, energetically autonomous and healthy, also respecting the traditional character of the existent house. It is formed by two volumes, one volume with ground floor and first floor, and the other one, with ground floor, which form a L. On the ground floor we find a dining room and an open kitchen, a living room, one bedroom, a bathroom and the stairs. On the first floor we find another bathroom, a study and another bedroom. The new garage is a semi-opened volume with pitched roof where solar panels and photovoltaic panels will be integrated.
