It is projected with parking on the basement, two commercial offices on the ground floor, three flats on each floor on the first and second floor, and only one flat like a loft on the third floor. It is opted for a forceful image but with soft forms on the corner, fleeing from normative and typical chamfer. Ceramic material which is used to ventilated façade will be used for rails and sun shields from the balconies, in order to uniform the two faces of the façade, the most closed towards the tight street and the most opened towards the avenue.
