House in Carrer Nord in Manacor

This house is located in a traditional neighbourhood in Manacor, looking at a public square marked by the presence of a flour mill. From the beginning it was tried to create a modern volume and appearance of the building, but respecting Molí den Fraret, with a careful selection of materials and textures. The promoters wanted to have a healthy, sustainably and efficient house. It was essential to design passive strategies and facilities.
