I was very charmed with the work which Sebastià Berga made during the construction of the house.
From the drafting until the end of the construction he carried out extensive monitoring of all construction processes, getting optimum results. Once a week we got together in the work, with the building engineer and the builder, to assess progress and decide on what necessary.
The system works very well because he took care of all aspects to the last detail.

We decided to contract Sebastià Berga to do our house. We knew him as a friend and a professional and we did not hesitate to make him responsible for the project and site management.
Both in the design phase and in project management, he showed great professionalism and a special ability to resolve the arrangement and façades of the house. He has managed to capture perfectly our needs and the demands of our way of life.

It is true that to execute a construction correctly, three components are necessary: technical management, contractor and promoter. The promoter responsibility is that the other two parts would be equally or more responsible for the part that belongs to them.
Therefore, we can say that our friend Sebastià was the best designer and director for our work. We are very grateful… A big hug!
When Mateu, the constructor, recommended us to do new construction instead of remodeling he said to us how well Sebastia worked; as he already knew him for some time, we got in touch with him without thinking.
The house looks really good, we asked him some requirements and he respected them (large windows and rooms, retain the tank, a courtyard, a garage…), he answered all the questions clearly and he advised the most convenient.
Now we have a house the most efficient as possible, where is not necessary to have air conditioning in the summer because the layout makes refreshing airflow, with all rooms well distributed and maximum capacity for storage and more.
We are really happy with Sebastia's work.
My experience with the architect Sebastià Berga within municipal management scope has been positive because he is a professional who makes all things work. It has been a pleasure to have Sebastia as an architect. In addition to his professionalism, his friendly and affable manner from the first moment made us feel that our home would be special. An accurate and optimal distribution of the available spaces, a total natural light use, a good insulation which has saved large expenditures on heating and air conditioning and innovative small details make us feel happy to live in our home and to show it to our friends.
Meeting us weekly during the construction, together with the building engineer, was a key element for good organization and execution of the work. It also allowed us to make some changes to adapt us to the construction reality, and even, save some costs.
We have been living in our house for 9 years and even now there is no day that we do not think how proud we are to live there. And all thanks to Sebastià. We recommend him!
We got in contact with Sebastia through builder Sebastià Sansó (Bioconstructors de Llevant), because we wanted to do a summer house in Porto Cristo which was simple and comfortable, rather traditional character without giving up more contemporary elements. We had a small plot about 100 square meters and between the two convinced us to commit to green building. Before explaining him our ideas and needs, Sebastià advised us about constructive possibilities and made different plans until we chose the final one.
Regarding to the construction process we would highlight the speed (1 year construction, keeping in mind that is tourist zone and we had to stop three months) and the low waste generation (basically wood and cork). Tià took part in monitoring the construction but always keeping in mind promoters’ tastes and needs (and means).
Regarding to final result, our satisfaction is complete: besides aesthetic (matter of taste), the house has been well distributed, given space constraints, easy to maintain and, especially, really cosy.
From these lines we thank publicly all who have participated in the work and particularly to Sebastià for demonstrated professionalism.
We were really satisfied to count on Sebastià as an architect. His proposals were very creative and adapted to our needs. We really liked the construction approaches based on eco sustainability.
With the constructor Joan Amengual and the building engineer Bernat Sant he made a solid team.

We have made a magnitude plan which has lasted some years, fortunately we bumped into a good architect. Sebastià has demonstrated during the construction that he is a great professional. He has never missed our weekly meeting work and he has always answered to our requests, with real and creative solutions. Moreover, his architecture office is innovative about ecological techniques and materials.
