Sebastià Berga Fuster

I had my degree in Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, in the Barcelona School of Architecture (ETSAB) in 2001.

 

I opened my own studio in Manacor in 2003, after having collaborated and worked in different studios in Mallorca and Barcelona since 1997.

 

My goal during these years has always been to achieve quality and integrated works: first, getting to know the real needs of the customer, then doing a careful project and finally a good job site work.

 

Since 2005 I have been educating about bioconstruction rules, techniques and materials, that I have incorporated, slowly, to my projects.

 

In 2012 I was one of the founding members who worked to create ABIB, Association for Bioconstruction in Balearic Islands.

 

In 2012 I started a new stage with Joana Gelabert Galmés creating a new team called CONTRAFORT Arquitectura, with the goal of going more deeply into healthy architecture and having a network of collaborators broad enough to face any kind of project.

 

During 2013 I studied and passed a postgraduate course in UIB called “University Expert in Management, Efficiency and Energy Certification”.
